WELCOME TO THE INTER-INSTITUTIONAL POSTGRADUATE STUDIES PROGRAM
"NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

The Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering of the University of West Attica, in collaboration with the Department of Maritime and Business Services of the University of the Aegean, jointly organize and offer the Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Studies Program (P.S.p.)

“New Technologies in Shipping and Transportation”.

The purpose of the Program is to promote high-level executives in the broader spectrum of activities of the maritime industry.

Graduates of the Program have acquired knowledge of modern tools and methodologies offered by the sciences of management, information technology, communications, and automatic control systems. They possess skills in the management of shipping operations, supply chain, and automation.

The Postgraduate Studies awards a Postgraduate Diploma  in New Technologies in Shipping and Transportation with  two modern directions :
• Operational Management in Shipping and Supply Chain – Logistics
• Technology and Automation in Shipping and Transportation

Duration 18 months

The total duration of the study program is 18 months and includes three (3) semesters: a basic semester, a specialization semester and a thesis semester..
